One thing that causes stress would be something like a deadline that is so over obsessed in the minds that their is no time to get the thing done, some side effects that this causes if poor time managment. effects the phsyicall be making muscles tight, socially by making your self closed off and nobody wants to talk to someone looking a mad ora and emotional make emotion not as functional as normal. Personal plans: take everything one small step at a time making stress minor to none.
