It could be true that all of the kids received the same genotypes and phenotypes leading to the same traits, however, because parents are two strangers coming together to then have children, their traits are most likely going to be different. Although parents can share the same traits with each other, it is likely that there are still differences. (I hope that helps!)

It couldn't be analysed chemically because it's chemical composition is to complex. It would be hard for us to analyse them because once it has been removed from the organism, it ends as protoplasm only.
