To Find :-

• x and y intercept .

Solution :

Let ,

→ y = f(x)

So that ,

→ y = 4x - 10/ x -2

• For finding x intercept , substitute y = 0 .

→ 0 = 4x - 10/x - 2

→ 4x - 10 = 0

→ 4x = 10

→ x = 10/4

→ x = 5/2

→ x = 2.5

• For finding y intercept , put x = 0 .

→ y = 4*0 - 10 / 0 -2

→ y = -10/-2

→ y = 5

• x intercept = (2.5,0)
• y intercept = (0,5)
