Calorie counting is not simple to do, due to the fake labels.
The calorie count depends on how processed the food will be. According to The article, some processed foods contain more calories than unprocessed foods.
Also, depending on if the food is cooked or not will also determine the calorie count.
This is not shown in the calorie charts making it difficult to count how many calories you intake.
This proves calorie counting is made very difficult because of the wrong labels.
