Answer:

Well a state of wellness means you have the right kind of thinking. Being well means you aren't in critical conditions and can think clearly without charging into a situation. Wellness can also mean that you don't have such things like depression or diseases. Hopes this helps?

On average, people obtain a sense of humbleness as we got more mature.
This is also true among artists. Younger/new artists tend to feel that they're artworks are a break through and should be used as a new standard even if their skill is still unpolished.
