Reinforcement: Certain foods are quite addictive and so reinforce their consumption by adjusting brain chemistry.

Body or Brain Chemistry: Studies done on Obesity have found that some individuals are susceptible to environmental food cues than others due to differences in brain chemistry that make eating more habitual and less rewarding.
