1. Calories become energy. They are measured in heat output or joules. 3500 calories if not burned off equal 1 pound of weight.

2. This answer will depend on what you eat in a day and how much exercise you do. But we will say 2000 calories in and 1800 calories out (or burned in exercise)

3. Gain weight since you would have an extra 200 calories a day. It would take 3500 calories to equal a pound so 3500/200 = 17.50 it would take 18 days

4. 3500/300=11.67 so 12 days

5. 3500/200=17.5 so 18 days
