Answer:

-20 months lol

Step-by-step explanation:

so the first step to this is to create and equation for each

for guys gym the equation would be 5x+100 and for bob's gym the equation would be 8x+160

because we want them to equal each other we write the equation

5x+100=8x+160 and solve for x to see how many months it will take for the gyms to charge the same amount

step 1 subtract 100 from each side

5x=8x+60

step 2 subtract 8 from each side

-3x=60

step 3 divide each side by -3

x=-20 it will take -20 week for them to charge the same amount

(i think there might of been a mistake in the question lol)

Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

see explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

\frac{6c-2}{2} + 2c + 11

= \frac{6c}{2} - \frac{2}{2} + 2c + 11

= 3c - 1 + 2c + 11

= 5c + 10

(b)

We have the expression

5c + 10 ← factor out 5 from each term

= 5(c + 2)

I need help on 13. Please someone help me. Don’t put a link. Please help me.
Viktor [21]

Answer and Step-by-step explanation:

How to know if the side lengths can form a triangle:

Add together two of the lowest numbers. If it is greater than the largest number, it can form a triangle.

13. Yes, these side lengths can form a triangle.

-- 4 + 5 = 9.

-- 9 is greater than 7, the largest length.

14. No, these side lengths can't form a triangle.

-- 2 + 3 = 6

-- 6 is equal to 6, not greater than.

15. Yes, these side lengths can form a triangle.

-- 2 + 4 = 6

-- 6 is greater than 5, the largest number.

16. Yes, these side lengths can form a triangle.

-- Don't get confused when you see that there are two side lengths that are the same (it means that this is an isosceles triangle); the rules still apply.

-- 2 + 8 = 10

-- 10 is greater than 8, the largest number.

17. Yes, these side lengths can form a triangle.

-- 5 + 6 = 11

-- 11 is greater than 9, the largest number.

18. Yes, these side lengths can form a triangle.

-- 4 + 5 = 9

-- 9 is greater than 8, the largest number.
