Social rules are the set or pattern of behaviors expected to be followed by everyone as a member of society. Social rules are formulated to control the crimes which may occur in the society and people tend to find it easier to cooperate with each other when everyone treats each other in similar ways. There are lots of benefits of following social rules for an individual and society because if an individual follows a rule then other may also follow and by that way the whole society may also follow and when they follow social rules society can be peaceful.
