King Minos wreaked vengeance to the kingdom of King Aegeus for the death of his son. And the advancement of the plot was the result of the treaty between King Minos and King Aegeus wherein King Aegeus agreed to appease the wrath of King Minos.
That is true and they also wanted help in making countries, to be like France and Great Britain, in their country. However, neither have happened quite yet.
Each state only had one vote in Congress, regardless of size. Congress had not have the power to tax. Congress did not have the power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce. There was no executive branch to enforce any acts passed by Congress.
