Divide 2282 by 7 which gets you 326. thats equal to one seventh. If 3\7 are boys then you multiply 326 by 3(which is 978). Now that you know the number of boys to the number of students, subtract the number of boys from the number of students (2282-979) which gets you 1304 which is the number of girls at the school

(ans.1304 if you just want the answer)

what wpuld be the area of an actual pool be of the scale from the drawing is 3:1000? 15 cm7.5 will mark brainest
tia_tia [17]

The scale from the drawing means ...

... drawing size : life size = 3 : 1000

This can be turned around to get ...

... life size : drawing size = 1000 : 3

I find this form more convenient to use in a proportion:

... actual length / drawing length = 1000 / 3

Multiplying by "drawing length", we get ...

... actual length = (drawing length)·(1000/3)

This will be true for both drawing lengths.

_____

... Pool length = (15 cm)·1000/3 = 5000 cm = 50 m

... Pool width = (7.5 cm)·(1000/3) = 2500 cm = 25 m

The area is the product of these dimensions:

... pool area = (50 m)·(25 m) = 1250 m²

Whats the answer to n/2+5=3? and how is it done? btw the n/2 is a fraction
Simora [160]
The answer is n = -4. To get that, is to multiply the whole thing by 2 and then solve. 2×(n/2) + 5=3 (Canceled out the 2) n +10 = 6 N = -4 (by subtracting 10)

For each set of three measures determine if they can be angle measures of a triangle
Orlov [11]

Only the second set of measures qualifies as angle measures of a triangle. Angles 25°, 130°, 25°

Step-by-step explanation:

  • Step 1: To find whether angles qualify as angle measures of a triangles, calculate their total sum and verify whether they add up to 180°

Set 1 - 41° + 112° + 52° = 205°

Set 2 - 25° + 130° + 25° = 180°

Set 3 - 30° + 40° + 90° = 160°

Set 4 - 132° + 141° + 31° = 304°

Therefore, only set 2 qualifies.
