Crops like barley and rye were introduced. They brought wheat as well(thought wheat is originally from the middle east). They brought plants they got from Asia like yams, bananas, rice, sugar coffe etc.

Not only plants but domesticated animals like cattle sheep goats pigs and horses were also introduced.
