Fog is the term given to the formation of clouds close to the ground that are created through the condensation of water present in the atmosphere. Water condensation is the passage of water from a gaseous form to a liquid form. In the formation of fog, this condensation can be caused in several different ways, which are presented in the response options shown above, except for the option that shows that air coming down a mountain slope can cause fog, as this does not have the capacity to condense water.
