Given that

a=3

b=3

c=2

The number and kind of roots depend on the Discriminant of the equation .

Formula for the Discriminant ,D is given by this

D = b^{2} -4ac

So using the formula we get that

D = 3^{2} -4*3*2\\D=9-24\\D= -15

Concept is that if the Discriminant is negative then no real solution is possible ,

here using the Discriminant formula we have got the Discriminat value as -15 which is a negative number so we say there is no real solution for the given information .

Hence <u><em>C</em></u> is the correct option .

Never. If you rent one hour the difference will be $12 - $10 =$2, if your rent for 2 hours, the difference will be $24 - $20 = $4, and so the difference will grow as the number of hours increase.

Question 7
umka21 [38]

Answer:

A. √16

Step-by-step explanation:

A perfect square is any number that can be expressed as a product of an integer and itself. i.e. 4 can be represented as 2 × 2. Therefore, 4 is a perfect square.

From the options given, the only radical expression that has two perfect square is √16.

√16 consists of two perfect squares, which are 4 and 4.

4 can be expressed as 2 × 2.

Thus: √16 = √(2 × 2)(2 × 2).

Therefore, √16 consists of two perfect squares.
