To find slope use the formula rise over run. Rise up from 0 to 16 then run from 0 to 2 to get rise of 16 and run of 2 (16/2). Simplify the fraction 16/2=8 (like a regular division problem) and that give you your slope. The y-intercept is 0 because the line touches the y axis (the vertical axis) at 0 :)

Answer:

y = 8x

Step-by-step explanation:

We can rule out B and C because the y-intercept is 0.

Now, to find the slope we can use the slope formula:

\frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} = \frac{16-0}{2-0} = \frac{16}{2} = 8

In the equation I used the points (0,0) and (2,16).

The slope is 8.

Therefore the equation is y = 8x.

<em>I hope this helps!!</em>

Can someone please help me
belka [17]

Answer:

D

Step-by-step explanation:

First we need to figure out how many people are going on the field trip

if each class has 27 people going and there are 6 classes, 6*27=162

162 ppl are going. If 3 buses can hold 48 ppl then 3*48=144

3 buses are not enough, if we were to bring in one more bus 4*48=192

there would be enough place for everyone

What is 6x to the 3 fifths in radical form
DerKrebs [107]
Assuming you mean 6x^ \frac{3}{5} and not (6x)^ \frac{3}{5}

remember
x^ \frac{m}{n}= \sqrt[n]{x^m} so

6x^ \frac{3}{5}=6 \sqrt[5]{x^3}

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

(x+2)/2 = 1

x + 2 = 2

x = 0

(y + 8)/2 = 4

Yeah uh I have no idea how to do this.....
Liula [17]

Answer:

9b /a^5/2

Step-by-step explanation:

9√(a^-5 b^2)

9 sqrt( a^ -5 b^2)

Rewriting sqrt as ^1/2

9 ( a^ -5 b^2)^1/2

9 ( a^ -5) ^1/2 ( b^2)^1/2

we know that  an exponent to an exponent means multiply

9 a^ (-5*1/2)  b^(2*1/2)

9 a^-5/2 b^1

9b a^ -5/2

We know that x^-y = 1/x^y

9b /a^5/2
