Certain countries that did not want to get into another war after World War one, starting using appeasement techniques to give the enemies what they want, in order to a avoid confrontation. Finally, because of the treaties that ended World War 1, many countries were in debt and were tired of it, so they wanted to conquer other countries in order to solve their debt problem.
