It is flexible and can be moved easily. When prepared right, it should be soft, tender, and plump under the tongue, but not too sticky

It tastes salty and chewy. The taste is light and plain, but when eaten with the sauce it changes a lot. Depending on the sauce it can be more sour, hot, crunchy… It can taste like a certain vegetable or can be really spicy.

When taken and put into the plate, the sound the food makes is squeaky and quiet. It can make sticky sounds sometimes.
