How do your environment and family history make you susceptible to non communicable diseases, including diabetes, heart disease,
AleksandrR [38]
Family history of deases can affect you more than environment does, but it doesn´t mean it wouldn´t touch you at all, diseases like diabetes, heart diseases or strokes may come from a blood heritage and affect your life since born, but it is also true that people can get them because of the way they live, so if your environment is sedentary, you may become one, if the people you hang out with drink or smoke, you will end up doing the same or even worse, not to mention pollution or water contamination, so If you have a family history of diseases, do not put yourself in a worse position and get a medical check once a year.
