The correct answers are B and C.

Third person means using the pronouns she, he, his, her, they, them, etc. In literature, a third person narrates the actions of the characters without being a character themselves. (EX: Sally went to the grocery store with Martha).

The two types of third person narrators are:

• Third person limited

Can only go into the minds of one or two characters. The ability of the narrator to step into the all the characters’ shoes is LIMITED.

• Third person omniscient

The narrator can tap into the minds of ALL the characters. He/she sees all and knows all. The narrator is NOT limited in his/her knowledge of the characters or their experiences.

The Alexandrian scholar-poet Callimachus a. rejected poetry as unequal to scholarly work. b. rejected Greek philosophy as unequa
tester [92]

Answer:

The correct answer is D.

Explanation:

He was at loggerheads with Apollonius of Rhodes which led to a personal feud, Callimachus. So it is not unusual for both poets to be mentioned alongside each other.

He believed in the viability of the Homeric tradition (in modified form) for epic poetry.

Cheers!
