<u>Anthropology sees the culture as the intertwined web of connected factors. </u>Human beliefs can’t be separated from their settlements, history, bodies, practices, rituals, etc. <u>That is why anthropologists have to take the whole culture into the account when observing the element of their study and have to think about it as a unifying factor.</u>
<u>This is called the holistic method. </u>To view something holistically means to see that it is inherently interconnected as the system, and can only be referred to as a whole and by taking all the factors into the consideration.
