How do the daughter cells created from Mitosis compare to each other?
Ipatiy [6.2K]

Answer:

Hey person.

Your answer would be C; Both daughter cells receive an identical set of DNA from the parent cell.

During the process of mitosis, the DNA of the original cell gets duplicated perfectly so that each cell has the same information as to their percent. This allows the organism that caries the cells to function properly.

If the DNA where mutated (to a noticeable degree) then the progeny of the cell might not be able to function properly.

If you have any questions let me know and i shall get to them.
