Answer:

Explanation:

The main goal of the United Nations is to keep peace throughout the world and when North Korea threatens a “declaration of war” for any criticism of their nuclear security summit meeting, it causes countries like the United States to really question what to do in a situation like this one. Another goal of the United Nations is to develop friendly relations among nations, but when you have a command economy and dictatorship like we see in North Korea, it isn’t the easiest to just develop friendly relations with them. It contradicts the goals of the United Nations to harm North Korea, but countries want to protect their citizens. I think the United Nations should address the issue in North Korea by possibly doing what they can to reach out to them and settle some sort of agreement with nuclear weapons or talk with other nations about what we can do if North Korea ever did nuke us or another country.

How many southern states did Lincoln win electoral votes from?
damaskus [11]

Answer:

3. 0

Explanation:

In both instances of the election, Lincoln won with just the support of the North. In many cases, Lincoln did not even appear as a choice due to being a free-lander, later abolitionist, and was not able to get many votes from the South. However, it is important to note that the North had more electorate votes per state as there were more people living in Northern states, thereby giving Lincoln the edge.

Which is a reason democracy failed following most latin american revolutions
LekaFEV [45]
There were many reasons why democracy failed in Latin American countries. One may be because they were split into classes based on race and ethnicity which caused great separation and segregation. Another would be because many parts of countries would be led by the country's military instead of the government. There were many more but this will probably do.
