Answer:

The theory of emotion that supports the idea that physiological arousal could occur without emotion is: the James-Lange theory of emotion.

Explanation:

The James-Langue theory of emotion states that what happens first is the physiological arousal. That is, when an event takes place (stimulus), our bodies react to it. This reaction or physiological arousal in itself is not an emotion. However, as soon as we interpret the arousal, we experience emotion. Therefore, according to this theory, physiological arousal could happen without emotion. Suppose you see a snake right beside your foot. Upon seeing it, your heart begins to beat much faster and your eyes are opened wide. Then, when you interpret that arousal, you experience fear.

The perimeter of a rectangle is 68
topjm [15]

Answer:

Length = 19 Cm

Explanation:

Given:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 68 Cm

Assume:

Width (B) = a

Length (L) = a + 4

Find:

Length of rectangle = ?

Computation:

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(L+B)

⇒ 68 = 2(a + a + 4)

⇒ 68 = 2(2a + 4)

⇒ 68 = 4a + 8

⇒ 68 - 8 = 4a

⇒ 60 = 4a

⇒ a = 15 Cm

So, Width (B) =  15 Cm

⇒ Length =  Width (B) + 4

⇒ Length = 15 + 4

Length = 19 Cm

Actor-observer discrepancy: In social psychology, the term actor-observer discrepancy or bias is defined as an individual's propensity to attribute his or her actions to some external causes whereas he or she attributes the other person's behavior or actions to some internal causes.

It is considered as a form of attributional bias that leads to develop the way an individual interacts or perceive the other person. It generally covers others and one's behavioral attributions.
