The positive connotations I found in the excerpt are the following: mean, to be part of it, vowed, banner of freedom and peace and instruments of knowledge and understanding. The freedom and peace through knowledge and understanding is what we, as humans should mean. These words uses contrast to negative thoughts, which make the excerpt's tone inspirational.

As you know, this story reveals the problem of men's attitude towards women, especially this conflict shapes in relationships between husbands and their wives. So, at those times only a few men took women serious, mostly they were neglectful to women and didn't treat them like they were on a par. mash [69]

"O, never/Shall sun that morrow see!" means "The morning when Duncan leaves here will never come, because we're going to kill him tonight." "Your face, my thane, is as a book where men/May read strange matters" means "By looking at your face, everybody can see what you're thinking." The rest of the speech means "To fool everybody, you have to behave the way everybody expects you to behave. You have to make sure that the way you look, the way you act, and the way you talk all seem to be giving Duncan a friendly welcome. You have to seem harmless even though you are secretly deadly."
