Hey there,

Government Ownership

So capitalism in the simplest meaning is that everything is owned by the private sector or companies.
The government does not own any property or companies.
Eg the US

Communism is the exact opposite.
Communism believes that everything is owned by the government and all income and wealth should be distributed equally among everyone,
Essentially no one is rich and no one is poor in communism

So if capitalism is to private ownership then communism in public ownership or government ownership.Evryobidy owns everything.

So the ans:public/government ownership.

Hope this helps

Under the Articles of Confederation, why was the national government unable to raise revenue?
natulia [17]

Answer:

To avoid taxation without representation, the Articles of Confederation allowed only state governments to levy taxes, and to pay for expenses, the national government had to request money from the states. So, the national government needed approval from the states to collect taxes. The state and national currencies couldn't create money.

TLDR:

National Government: No! You need to save your money and give us tax dollars

States: haha money go brrrrrr
