Explanation:

A plant cell will remain stable in an isotonic solution.

A plant cell will shrivel in a hypertonic solution (the water inside the cell will leave into the exterior of the cell).

A plant cell will expand in a hypotonic solution (the water outside of the cell will enter into the plant cell because there is a lower solute concentration outside of the cell).

Explain why meiosis is required in order for genetics, as scientists and you understand it, to function the way that it does
Aleksandr-060686 [28]
Meiosis actually combines the genetic components from two people and doesn't result in a genetic copy of either parent, and each child receives different genes from each parent. It creates genetic diversity among species instead of every member of a species having identical genes.

Compare the processes of anaerobic respiration in muscle and plant cells
lianna [129]

Answer:

In muscles :-

Glucose is not completely broken down, so much less energy is released than during aerobic respiration.Build-up of lactic acid in muscles can lead to several pain in the muscles.

In plant cells :-

Anaerobic respiration took place in absence of oxygen and incase of plants it's more much harmful for plants as not in the case of muscles.
