End of war and death of people.

Explanation:

The positive effect of dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki is the end of world war II but the negative effect to this dropping is the death of 1,40,000 people. It also has a adverse effect on the environment due to the emission of radiations. This event greatly change the relationship between science and government because the government has gain power due to science and this technology over other countries. There are good relations among countries that possess nuclear weapons because they knew that nucleus will destroy them both so they formed good relations with each other.
