Make 75 using 7 5 6 3

The answer is (5 + 6) x 7 - 3.

5 + 6 = 11. 11 x 7 = 77. 77-3 is 75.

You can figure this out through trial and error. For example, if you try to add all of the numbers together, you'll see that the result is much too small. This means you'll have to multiply at least once. So, the next step is figuring out what times what gets you close to 75, and so on.

BRANLIEST FOR CORRECT ANSWER
Marat540 [252]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

△ RST ≅ △ TXY

We are given ΔRST and ΔTXY are congruent to each other.

If two triangles are congruent to each other then their corresponding parts are equal.

Please see the attachment of two triangles.

∠R is corresponding to ∠T

∵  ∠R=∠T By CPCT

∠XYT is corresponding to ∠STR

∵  ∠XYT=∠STR By CPCT

∠XTY is corresponding to ∠SRT.

∵  ∠XTY=∠SRT By CPCT

∠TXY is corresponding to ∠RST

∵  ∠TXY=∠RST By CPCT

CPCT: Congruent part of congruence triangle.

Can someone please help me with these proofs for geometry?
LuckyWell [14K]

Answer:

x = 6  and w = -4

Step-by-step explanation:

(-5x+2)/7 = -4

-5x+2 = -4*7

-5x+2 = -28

-5x = -28 - 2

-5x = -30

x = -30/-5

x = 6 CHECK!!

17-3(w+5) = 6(w+5)-2w

17-3w-15 = 6w+30-2w

17-15-30 = 6w-2w+3w

-28 = 7w

w = -28/7

w = -4 CHECK!!

Does a trend line always pass through every point on a scatter plot?
forsale [732]
No, it does not and it's not supposed to.  A trend line is drawn to go through in the best way possible, to go through the "center" of the points as best as it can.  It may hit some of the points, but not all of them.  Generally, the idea is to try to get the trend line to have as many points "above" it as it does "below" it to say you've gone through them evenly.
