Answer:

Your answer is, BELOW

God's ten commandments are your orders and advice at the same time. God gave them to his people who were on their way to a free life in the Promised Land (Canaan). Keeping the commandments would preserve you from the danger of not falling into slavery again. This Law of new life was given through Moses, on Mount Sinai (Deut 31: 9-24). It was transmitted to us in the Book of Exodus (Ex 20: 17-17) and in the Book of Deuteronomy (Dt 5,6-22). The commandments were not thought of by God as a heavy yoke to limit man's freedom and happiness. On the contrary, they are the safe path to happiness and human fulfillment (Deut 30.16; Mt 5.17; 19.16-19; 22.37-40; J 12.50).

The Decalogue forms an inseparable unit. To transgress one of the commandments is to infringe all the others (Jas 2: 10-11). They are all immutable and their obligation is always and everywhere. No one can get rid of them. The transgression of any of the commandments, being disobedience explicit to God, is considered a serious sin, which breaks the communion with God.

The whole Old Testament Law Jesus summed up in just two commandments, that is, in a Great Commandment of Love: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength and with all your understanding; and you will love your neighbor as yourself ”.

What two issues did John Adams solve during his presidency? Explain how he solved each.
Amiraneli [1.4K]

Answer:

The biggest problem that John Adams faced during his presidency was the state of undeclared war that existed between the United States and France. Ever since the conclusion of the Jay Treaty between America and Great Britain in 1795, France had been hostile towards its former ally. France's increasing aggressiveness towards the United States created a headache for Adams, who had to figure out a way to respond without becoming embroiled in a full-blown war.
