Answer:

You are going to take the shape and flip if across the x Axis, reversing it essentially. then you will move it up 4, so of it is a square with one corner at (2,3) it will go to (5, 7) and all the other point will move together if I remember right. I last did this 3 years ago, I hope I help, next time show the whole graph with the number and I would have put a visual to show you the answer. Good luck
