D. A speech should never be excessively reliant on a single source. While multiple sources make a speech stronger and gets the point across better, it's also not a good thing to overly rely on support. Your own ideas are needed, too.
Both yes and no. Yes as in the massacre happened and many of the people shot civilians during the massacre. They weren't as in Captain Preston was found not guilty and many historians believe that he did not order the soldiers to attack but that the soldiers attacked of their own free will. There are even many who claim that it was self defense and that nobody was guilty except for the colonists.
All vessels are divided into two categories:
stand on vessels: these are those that have the privilege to maintain their course and speed when operating near another vessel.
Give way vessel: these are those vessels that are mandated to keep away from stand on vessels when the two are near each other.
When two boats are operating near each other, the STAND ON VESSEL must maintain its course and speed while the give way vessel must take precautions and early actions to keep out of the way of the stand on vessel.
Gatekeeping is both decreasing and increasing at it's own specific rate due to political democracy.
