Yes it can. Art work is able to express many kinds of feelings and emotions even thoughts. Art can convey lots of different meanings. It’s a way to express yourself. From drawing to performing music. Thoughts come from your mind and you’re able to spill those thoughts or feelings onto a sheet of paper or into a note played from a instrument. One piece of art can be seen in many different ways art works hold different meanings to each person.
