Three ways you can keep everyone involved and happy in group fitness is doing everyone’s favorite workouts so it feels like they play a role in the group. you can also have people work together to help others with workouts or put a group together of people who like similar workout styles

some possible drawbacks of working with friends is possibly not getting a good enough work out if you’re working with someone at a lower skill level than yourself or not being able to push yourself hard enough because you’re working with someone else


One benefit of working with others is people keep a eye on you and make sure you’re okay. Some activities that may be safer with other people is weight lifting or going on a run in the community.
