Answer and Explanation:

The computation is shown below:

a. The standard cost is

Fo material

= $1,243,000 ÷ 565,000 units

= $2.20 per unit

And, for labor it is

= $1,638,500 ÷ 565,000 units

= $2.90 per unit

b. The budgeted cost would be remian the same as the total cost i.e. $1,243,000 and $1,638,500

Hence, the same would be considered and relevant

sammy [17]

Answer:

So markup percentage will be 8 % on total unit cost

Explanation:

We have given that cost base per unit including selling and  administrative expenses is $60

per unit cost of selling and and administrative expenses is $15

The company desired ROI per unit is $6

We have to calculate the markup percentage on total unit cost

Markup percentage on total unit cost is given by '

markup percentage = \frac{desired\ ROI}{cost\ base\ per\ unit+ The \ per\ unit \ cost \ of \ selling \ and \ administrative\ expense}=\frac{6}{60+15}=0.08=8%

So markup percentage will be 8 % on total unit cost

Likurg_2 [28]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

Marginal - the dictionary meaning of such word is additional of anything. Here, in the given case, marginal analysis as per costing is the analysis of each additional revenue from each additional sale or production.

Marginal analysis does not consider fixed cost generally, as that is fixed and don not add on on additional units, within a standard range.

Thus, the statement stated here is True.

Alika [10]

Answer:

The book debt-to-value ratio is 0.57

Explanation:

The computation of the book debt-to-value ratio is shown below:

Book debt-to-value ratio = (Book value) ÷ (book value of debt)

where,

Book value is $30.0 per share

Book value of debt = Outstanding shares × book value + long term debt

= 0.730 × $30 + $30.50

= $21.90 + $30.50

= $52.40

Now put these values to the above formula

So, the value would equal to

=  $30.00  ÷ $52.40

= 0.57
