i am not sure, since im not into politics, but i would say Barack Obama was the best president.
It caused other people to follow what the Americans did and fight for their own freedoms, more revolutions happened after the American revolution's example. It showed that Great Britain, the superpower at the time (had the best army as well), could be beat.
