Mao Zedong was a founding member of the party and rose through its ranks to become its leader and chairman in 1943. The CCP under his leadership emerged victorious in the Chinese Civil War against the Kuomintang, and in 1949 Mao proclaimed the establishment of the People's Republic of China
There are historical data that tell us that the habit of standing during the national anthem happened during a ceremony at West Point in the year 1891. However, in 2009 there are data that at an NFL sports ceremony , it was established that the players had to remain standing as the American anthem sang. In 1918, as an extra data, it began to popularize playing the anthem in baseball games, to encourage people to attend the game even in times of World War I, and later also played in American football.

The articles gave the government no separation of powers. The government was too weak, the Articles left much of the power to the states (if I remember correctly, states basically went by their own state constitution). Congress didn't have the power to tax. To change the Articles, it had to be decided unanimously by all states. Also, 9 out of the 13 states had to approve any major law before it was passed and Congress couldn't regulate commerce. There was no president to lead, no established court system, and every state had only one vote in congress.
Basically, the articles created no separate executive department to carry out and enforce the acts of Congress and no national court system to interpret the meaning of laws.
