LOS ENTEROS POSITIVOS SON MAYORES A LA IZQUIERDA Y LOS ENTEROS NEGATIVOS SON CADA VEZ MENORES A LA DERECHA verdadero o falso

Mathematics
1 answer:

Answer:

Es falso.

Step-by-step explanation:

Brand a cereal contains 10 cups of cereal. how many more cups of cereal are in brand b cereal
sladkih [1.3K]
As I don't know enough info I will say how to figure it out,
so you get the amount of cereal in a [eg 40] then you divide it by 10 you get [4] each cup is worth [4] then you divide b [eg 56] by [4] giving you [14] so you get [4]
more cups of cereal in b.
i am presuming thats the info you get in the question and if it is that is how you answer it if not well its your fault for not providing enough info

1. A given binomial distribution has a mean of 153.1 and a standard deviation of 18.2. Would a value of 187 be considered usual
Triss [41]

Answer:

Usual, because the result is between the minimum and maximum usual values.

Step-by-step explanation:

To identify if the value is usual or unusual we're going to use the Range rule of thumbs which states that most values should lie within 2 standard deviations of the mean. If the value lies outside those limits, we can tell that it's an unusual value.

Therefore:

Maximum usual value: μ + 2σ

Minimum usual value: μ - 2σ

In this case:

μ = 153.1

σ = 18.2

Therefore:

Maximum usual value: 189.5

Minimum usual value: 116.7

Therefore, the value of 187 lies within the limits. Therefore, the correct option is D.  Usual, because the result is between the minimum and maximum usual values.
