Answer:

See explanation for answer.

Explanation:

I live in the suburbs so there isn’t much to do right where I am, other than a couple restaurant’s, a supermarket, and a well used play ground. I think what my relatively small community needs is a communal event where every one gets together on the nature reserve fields and just talks. Hopefully make some friends, maybe it could be a picnic or a potluck sort of deal. I believe my community needs this cause I feel like everybody here has closed themselves off from one another. I’m only 16 so I couldn’t put this together myself but in my mind this is what I would do to help my community. I’m not sure if this is the answer you wanted but I hope it helps. Have a lovely day!

How is the Titanic movie an example of Romanticism?
Katyanochek1 [597]

Answer:

Although Titanic's main characters Rose and Jack were entirely fictional, thus there was no such romance between a first-class woman and a third-class man, they were inspired to an extent by some real-life people, though Rose's inspiration has no connection to the Titanic.

The passage describes the Author's impression of students participating in the "Upward Bound" program and it is generally favourable towards the program, without giving a more specific reason for this favourable opinion, it's more the author's personal impression.

Thus, we could say that the author has a positive bias towards the program.
