Well usually you feel tired and your brain doesn’t function at it’s highest. you often become forgetful and ur motor skills are poor. if it’s for a long time it can damage your motor skills or cognitive functions and you may end up dying

So, if you are having a BMI which is below 20, chances are, you are going to experience Iron-deficiency Anemia, wherein the body is not able to get enough iron, and this would result in an imbalanced functioning of your body which would manifest in many ways.
