I would say, first of all, go for internships. This is the quick work time. This gives you a fresher, great experience that will help you get new jobs in many industries as well as MNCs.

Role Shadowing is the second thing I can say. This is a job which makes you an observer. You're just watching others work professionally so that you can get real life experience in person. It's a perfect way to get hands-on experience in the study program.

Third thing, I would tell you need to join various volunteer jobs. Volunteering means working without being paid. In every group, usually at non-profit organizations and colleges, there are opportunities to volunteer... These can include leadership skills, discipline.
