I think that a good word for this would be "enthnocentrism": the belief that one's culture, or one's enthnicity is superior to others, or more important than others (even to oneself: so my culture is more important for me than other cultures: this also would count).

Chronic, low-grade depressed feelings are to _____ disorder as moderate, recurring mood swings are to _____ disorder.
Sveta_85 [38]
Chronic, low-grade depressed feelings are to "dysthymic" disorder as moderate, recurring mood swings are to "<span>cyclothymic"</span> disorder.

Dysthymic disorder is a genuine condition of interminable discouragement, which holds on for no less than two years (one year for youngsters and youths). Dysthymia is less intense and serious than significant depressive issue.
In cyclothymic disorder, temperaments swing between brief times of mellow wretchedness and hypomania, a raised disposition. The low and high emotional episodes never achieve the seriousness or length of significant depressive or full insanity scenes.

How did the 17th amendment to the u. S. Constitution give more political power to the individual voter?.
otez555 [7]

The term "selected by the Legislature thereof" is changed to "elected by the people thereof" in the first paragraph of Article I, section 3 of the Constitution by the Seventeenth Amendment, which also provides for the election of senators. Additionally, it permits each state's governor or executive authority

The Seventeenth Amendment, which transferred the authority to elect U.S. senators from state legislatures to people directly in each state, is the first constitutional amendment to do so in a significant fashion. A statute, agreement, charter, or other legal document may be changed formally through the enactment of an amendment. The word "amend," which means "to improve," serves as its basis. These agreements may be amended to add, remove, or update certain provisions. The United States Constitution was amended in 1913 to include the Seventeenth Amendment, which allowed for the direct vote of U.S. senators by state citizens.

Answer:

Worry.

Explanation:

As per the question, the given reaction would be labeled as 'worry' as reflected by the 'constant persistence of thoughts relating to the fear of the failure and the threat of the effect of this failure on the career '. The 'conjured up images in the mind' exemplify a disturbed and anxious state of mind due to the dread of negative outcomes that correctly define 'worry' that is a result of proactive risk evaluation of prospective threats or negative consequences. Therefore, <u>the threat associated with the fear of failure in the quiz announced by teacher causes a kind of anxiousness and fright, thinking about the failure(negative impact) which may further affect the student's career exemplifies 'worry'. </u>

I loved this one, it was C. You can't separate and be friends. Cast down your buckets where you are means cast out yourself as a friend. Show them you can be friendly and they will accept you. That's why C is the correct answer, I've also done this one before.
