I think Asexual reproduction is better because you only need one reproduction Creature. For example plants, they are asexual so they do not need to worry about mating. Instead they can just create more plants by doing nothing. This helps us because we get more plants in a shorter amount of time. another example of Asexual reproduction is cross-pollination which is also an amazing way of creating more plants in a shorter time.
