Obesity is the state of having too much fat in the body. It can be caused by many factors, these include: genetics, uncontrolled eating, not engaging in physical activities, etc. Obesity usually leads to other diseases.
</span>2. BULIMIA NERVOSA: <span>Involves a person binging, or consuming lots of food in small amounts of time, then purging, or ridding themselves of the calories they consumed by vomiting, abusing laxatives or diuretics (water pills).
Bulimia nervosa is a eating disorder which can be life threatening. Repetitive binging can cause damages to the digestive system and lead to other complicated conditions.
3. Family, doctors and dietitians ARE KEY PLAYERS IN EATING DISORDER TREATMENT.
Eating disorder treatment are usually given by doctors and dietitians. The family members also support the affected person to ensure that they do the right things in order to get back to shape.
4.</span><span>Control portions and consume less calories IS A TIP FOR MANAGING WEIGHT LOSS AND OBESITY.
Obesity management is very important for those that are affected, it help them to manage their condition and ensure that they prevent further build up of excess fat.
5. A PHYSICAL EFFECT OF ANOREXIA NERVOSA is g</span><span>rowth of fine, downy hair, perhaps in response to a decrease in body temperature.
Anorexia nervosa affect almost all the organs in the body and it can lead to all manner of unexpected negative development in the body.
6. BINGE EATING DISORDER: </span><span>Have recurrent episodes where they consume large amounts of food (and calories) in a short period of time, but do not "purge" their intakes following the binge.
7. BMI: is the relationship between your height and weight which can diagnose obesity.
BMI stands for Body Mass Index and is a measure of how one's height relates to the weight. BMI is considered a good measure that can be used to determine if a person is obese or not.
8. ANOREXIA NERVOSA: </span><span>An intense fear of gaining weight, often do not eat enough food, or eat almost nothing.
Anorexia nervosa is a eating disorder that is characterized by serious reduced intake of food. Individuals usually engage in this in order to maintain their leanness. 
9. OBESITY: </span><span>The state of excessive body fat storage that increases the risk of health problems.
Obesity is a door opener to other diseases, when obesity is in place, it tends to be a causative factors for other diseases. This is usually because of the excess fat in the body, which reduced the overall performance and effectiveness of the circulatory system.
10. FAD DIET: </span><span>A diet that promises unrealistic, fast results.
Fad diet is a type of diet that is unbalanced and unhealthy which people eat in order to quickly shed weight. Fad diet is especially appealing to those who do not want to engage in physical exercise in order to shed weight. Fads diets are dangerous to health.</span><span />
