Using a map of how the states voted in the last 4 elections excluding the 2020 election, I have calculated

Democratic states (which I have defined as having voted blue at least 3/4 elections) amounted to 250 electoral votes

Republican states (which I have defined as having voted red at least 3/4 elections) amounted to 204 electoral votes

And the swing states amounted to the remaining 53 electoral votes

In this democrats would be more likely to win the states votes because their states accumulate the more electoral votes than republicans

The correct answer is option A. Porter is writing social history because he is focusing on lives of large numbers of ordinary people. He is examining letters, journal entries, autobiographies and newspapers from that time to see how the fear of the disease affected the lives of ordinary people. Porter is trying to recollect data from that time and put together a piece that describes how society was affected by the influenza pandemic, which was a consequence of World War I, an historic event that shaped and changed many societies, specially the ones from Europe.

You have explored Emerson's concept of heroism in this lesson. How do his ideas align with the notes you took while reading Beow
Oliga [24]

Answer is given below:

Explanation:

 • According to Emerson's concept ofheroism, one of the main qualities a hero can possess is confidence, that is, confidence in one's own abilities and the certainty that he has the skills to solve a particular problem.
 • We can see this feature in Beowulf because he was aware of his abilities and limitations and therefore recognized that he had the ability to solve the problem that city dwellers were facing with Grendel. He knows that a strong hero can use his gift to promote goodness.
