Answer:

Climate change is the result of carbon emissions in the atmosphere trapping heat that would normally leave through the ozone.

One outcome of climate change is extreme weather-not just extreme heat or drought, but also tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and other disasters that used to happen just once in a blue moon. These changes in heat affect the entire Globes climate but not always in the same way.

One way that we can help keep climate change from getting worse is by using public transportation rather than individual cars whenever possible, because cars are responsible for 28% of carbon emissions in the United States if each person rode the bus just one day a week carbon emissions could be reduced by almost 40%

Explanation:

The text has been reorganized, to present a more fluid and coherent structure, showing the information in the order in which they would best achieve the objective of the text and allows a full understanding of the audience.

The word "because" was added in the last paragraph to increase the fluidity of the text. In addition, the reorganization of paragraphs makes the text more coherent and cohesive.

Identify the comma rule that the following sentence breaks:
irina [24]

Answer:

Use a comma to set off a phrase or clause at the beginning of a sentence.

Explanation:

The sentence is made up of two clauses: a dependent clause which is "Although she loved her parents" and an independent clause which is "Sarah was eager to leave for college and be independent."

The grammar rule is that when a dependent clause or a phrase comes before an independent clause, a comma must be used after the dependent one or phrase in order to separate both groups of words. Here's the correct version of the sentence:

Although she loved her parents, Sarah was eager to leave for college and be independent.
