Answer:

I think that the constitution should be interpreted in an elastic manner. I think this because times are constantly changing and modernizing- cars change, phones change, society changes. With the constant forward movement in the way that we live, the constitution must be amended or at least looked at through a more modern point of view. Very little things have stayed the same since the constitution was created, except for the constitution itself. This founding document and the perspectives of it must change as we change for a freer culture and a brighter future.

Based on the excerpt, what conclusion can you draw about the size and lifestyle of American Indian
SSSSS [86.1K]

Based on the excerpt, the conclusion that can be drawn about the size and lifestyle of American Indian groups at the time of contact with Europeans that would contradict Document C and Document D is that the American Indian groups were not bigger in size and lifestyle than what was suggested in Documents C and D.

Native Americans, also known as First Americans, American Indians, are the Indigenous peoples of the United States, including Hawaii and territories of the United States, and other times limited to the mainland. There are 574 federally recognized tribes living within the US, about half of which are associated with Indian reservations.

Why are the first settlers of America called Indians?

The word Indian came to be used because Christopher Columbus repeatedly expressed the mistaken belief that he had reached the shores of South Asia. Convinced he was correct, Columbus fostered the use of the term Indios (originally, “person from the Indus valley”) to refer to the peoples of the so-called New World.

Therefore, the correct answer is as given above
