Answer:

I think that the constitution should be interpreted in an elastic manner. I think this because times are constantly changing and modernizing- cars change, phones change, society changes. With the constant forward movement in the way that we live, the constitution must be amended or at least looked at through a more modern point of view. Very little things have stayed the same since the constitution was created, except for the constitution itself. This founding document and the perspectives of it must change as we change for a freer culture and a brighter future.
