P.A.P.A. stands for parenting and paternity awareness. The P.A.P.A program from the office of the Attorney General is part of an educational curriculum made for the purpose of creating awareness for young adults in parenting. It encourages young adults to adequately prepare for parenting before becoming parents. A young adult should at least have a stable income, be in a committed relationship and be educated before pursuing parenting.
