Answer:

C). Being a brief intervention that requires a few sessions.

Explanation:

Motivational interviewing is characterized as the approach of psychotherapy that is employed for curing the problem of drinking. This counseling technique has one of the key advantages that include 'a brief intervention that requires few sessions targetting the social, developmental, or behavioral problems faced in individuals in order to modify their behavior through motivation.' The first option is incorrect as the efficacy percentage is lesser than 90% and there is no solid evidence has been collected to prove the group efficacy of this technique. Thus, option C is the correct answer.

Explain how poor physical health may affect your social health.
i need help asap thanks.
yulyashka [42]
Well I have personal experience with this. I had chronic pain for a long time and I couldn't go anywhere. I couldn't go to see my friends or to go outside and enjoy anything because I was in constant pain. Eventually, I had depression due to lack of joy in my life and lack of going outside. If you are stuck with physical pain and it causes you to be non-mobile, then you are going to have mental and social issues. Hope this helps :)

Which structures in this diagram above connects the umbilical vein with the vena cava and connects the pulmonary artery with the
svet-max [94.6K]

Answer:

The umbilical vein is connected with the vena cava through ductus venosus (structure B).

The Pulmonary artery is connected with the aorta through the ductus arteriosus (structure D)

Explanation:

The diagram depicts the mother and fetal circulation. Oxygenated blood enters the fetus through the umbilical vein. While some of this flow is diverted towards the developing liver vessels, the majority flows directly into the inferior vena cava, bypassing the liver by means of a transient fetal vessel called the ductus venosus.

In the normal postnatal circulation all of the blood coming from the pulmonary artery flows towards the lungs. In the fetus, however, a significant fraction of this blood is shunted into the Aorta instead through another transient fetal vessel known as the ductus arteriosus.
