Answer: Lack of Efficacy

Explanation: Efficacy is the ability to produce to the desired result or outcome.

Efficacy it is the ability to get a job done to a satisfactory degree. Efficacy can also be called effectiveness, because you are effective in a place if you can utilize whatever that is given to you to get an expected result. Brad was supposed to be ready for the meeting with proper information to be passed down to others, but he is not ready and doesn't have the information needed from him, hence is not efficient. He lacks Efficacy. Again the way he acts towards his colleagues too puts at his Efficacy.

In a two-way anova, the researcher makes decisions regarding ___ when the omnibus test is significant
Vlad [161]

In a two-way ANOVA, the researcher makes decisions regarding three separate when the omnibus test is significant.

A two-way ANOVA is used to estimate how the mean of quantitative variable changes in keeping with the levels of categorical variables. Use a two-way ANOVA while you need to know how two independent variables, in aggregate, affect a dependent variable.

The only-way ANOVA has considered an omnibus check due to the fact the F check indicates whether or not the version is great average—i.e., whether or now not there are any enormous differences within the means between any of the agencies.

A two-way ANOVA with replication assessments 3 null hypotheses: that the method of observations grouped by using one factor are the identical; that the method of observations grouped by way of the other issue are the identical; and that there's no interplay between the 2 elements.

Which researcher first realized that certain "psychic secretions" pointed to a simple but important form of learning?
padilas [110]
That researcher was Ivan Pavlov.
These psychic secretions are related to his experiments with dogs - he noticed that dogs would start salivating at the mere sight of food, or person delivering them food, or even the sound of their footsteps (because they knew food was coming). That's why he started experimenting even further - each time he brought them food, he would ring a bell, so eventually the dogs would start salivating every time they heard a bell because they were expecting food.
