The _____ approach is the most appropriate when users have the power to resist the proposed change
Aliun [14]

The correct answer is the participation approach. Participation management, (employee involvement or participative decision making) invites employees to share in the decision-making process by participating in activities. It involves more than simply allowing employees to take part in making decisions, it requires management to treat the ideas and suggestions of employees with consideration and respect, even at times when they resist proposed changes.

The unemployment rate measures:
noname [10]

Answer:

unemployed workers as a percentage of the labor force

Explanation:

The level of unemployment refers to  the proportion of the unemployed population, measured as a statistic. This is a stagnating predictor, which means this normally grows or drops in the face of shifting economic circumstances instead of predicting them.

The rate of joblessness should be projected to rise whenever the country is in bad condition and opportunities are limited. If the economy expands at a steady pace, and workers are fairly stable, it could be predicted to decline.

Issues such as aesthetics, morality, and religion can usually be resolved through empirical research.
lawyer [7]
Hello! I would say the correct answer here is B. False.

As these topics are highly debatable and have many different viewpoints varied by factors such as upbringing, location, and life experience, they cannot be entirely solved. Eliminating these issues and falling under one standard would represent a utopian and realistically unachievable world. Without the world’s diversity the whole world would be “in uniform” (one of my favorite phrases from The Great Gatsby) and the creativity and culture would cease to exist. So, since these issues are unable to be resolved, empirical research is not applicable in a solution to them.

I hope this helps! :)

charle [14.2K]

Answer:

cultural imperialism.

Explanation:

Global media giants are taking hold of media industries worldwide. Their ability to successfully promote their programming in foreign countries raises issues concerning cultural imperialism.

Cultural imperialism or cultural colonialism is a process of promoting a culture over another. The promotion of tv programs of foreign countries with the aid of satellite television networks is raising concerns of cultural colonialism. Especially in Africa, individuals believe that the promotion of foreign programs is eroding their existing cultural practices and its being replaced by foreign cultural practices which are promoted on televisions of foreign origin.
